With all due respect to those who film solely with digital video cameras, we thought we'd put together a short clip that showcases footage--both film and video--from one of our recent weddings. Watching the footage side-by-side reminds us why we love film so much: the rich, vibrant colors; the nostalgic feeling; and that magical super 8 quality that makes everyone look absolutely gorgeous! The warm look and feel of real film simply can't be matched by video--take a look at what we shot in each format:

Totally agree! This is the reason why I ended up choosing film over video. I think we all know that wedding videos can be really cheesy but film...it just gives a different feel and of course the editing makes all the difference!
